Each of our pole teachers have gone through training under THE POLE CAMP as a student, assistant instructor and then as an instructor, specialising in a variety of different practices including pole techniques, strength & conditioning, flexibility & floorwork. At The Pole Camp, we provide guidance for all levels of pole practice so you can decide what feels the best for your body.

When you ask us what dreams are made of ? We would say this, a safe space for all women to have fun, pole with a view, rejuvenate and recover, have fun, run on the beach, laugh and love. That is exactly what we do in our retreats! Keep an eye out for the next one.
@villalucabyelixircliff quickly became home to @thepolecamp ‘s retreats, we hope to conduct many more of these here. What a serene place!
